Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE                          
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 Proposing amendments to the                            
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the election and the           
duties of the attorney general.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
